Cancelling a MED3 Form

If you cancel a MED3 data entry form before it has been saved or printed, the following message displays, 'If this data entry form is cancelled there will be no record of the printing of the MED3 form and all printed forms should be destroyed. Do you wish to cancel the data entry?', select:

  • Yes to cancel without recording any information.
  • No to return to the MED3 data entry form.
Note - This message also appears if you edit a saved MED3 form to print or duplicate the form. If you select Cancel after printing or duplicating the MED3, the original message remains in Consultation Manager, but the print/duplicate details are cancelled.
